Hi, I am Alexandrine, a graduate health & safety advisor with a colourful background including BSc Management and BTEC level 5 in remedial soft tissue therapy.
As a former sports massage therapist, I have always enjoyed caring for people’s health and now as a member of BGHS, I look after people in a slightly different way, in a very exciting and everchanging environment.
Everyday has been a school day since joining in February 2020 and I am grateful to be working with a team that puts people first and continuously works to improve the quality of service they offer. I am slowly working my way to a full technical role, and in the meantime, I am supporting and working closely with Tracy Carpenter on a variety of projects and sectors including schools, hospitals and residential. When I’m not in the office, you can find me walking on sites with Nigel, our in-house experienced inspector, picking his brain about hazards, risks and all things health & safety.
Outside of work and when no one is watching, I pretend to be a rock star and practice the electric guitar. I also have a real passion for sustainable living and am constantly researching ways of reducing my waste, showing support to local communities and spreading kindness to all: in short, being a modern hippie.
