I have a business background in graphic design and a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design & Advertising. I joined Baily Garner Health & Safety Ltd in 2010 originally as a Marketing Co-ordinator. Over the years my role has grown and developed into my current position of Practice Manager.
In addition to being a member of the management team, I lead the business support team with the help of Ted, our office dog! As Practice Manager my responsibilities include overseeing the many aspects of the business: including new business development, business management and compliance, marketing and events, HR and finance management, all of which ultimately ensure that the BGHS ship sails smoothly and clients receive the best possible service.
One of my current projects includes the development of our Information Portal ‘PIP’ striving to embrace our central ethos of the 3”C’s - Communication, Cooperation and Collaboration.
