The Three Pigeons Inn

Restoration of The Three Pigeons Inn is now complete and they have opened their doors following a major refurbishment which entailed the stripping out of the majority of the interior and some of the exterior of the building. This was followed with re-thatching, the complete new installation of all M&E, including a commercial kitchen and decoration works throughout.
We were commissioned to carry out a Fire Risk Assessment in order for the business to obtain their business licence and to comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Due to the complex nature of the works, some of which were undertaken under restrictions set out by English Heritage, the assessment was undertaken at various stages in the refurbishment in order that a complete understanding of materials and construction methods could be made.
